Dublin coach tours by CIE.1950s. Anonymous. Tranquil Liffey quays, barges and traffic free streets, apart from the prominent CIE double-decker buses, create a very attractive urban scene. Very probably the work of Eileen Costello (1911-76) of Dublin. As Costello worked as a full-time civil servant she may have wished to be anonymous. She had a successful career as a painter as well and signed other poster work for CIE.
Poster is 420 x 652mm and comes in a tube for posting.
