Cancellations & Refunds
If you are unhappy with any of your purchases please contact us within 7 days by phone, fax or email and advise us that you are returning the goods. We will give you a full refund provided that the items you wish to return are unused, complete and in re-saleable condition. Goods which are returned for a refund must be returned with the invoice. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Where any valid claim in respect of any goods sold by the National Museum of Ireland which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to meet specification is notified to the National Museum of Ireland, the National Museum of Ireland shall be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in question) free of charge or, at the sole discretion of the National Museum of Ireland, refund the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price), but the National Museum of Ireland shall have no further liability to the purchaser.
