This copy of the Proclamation issued by the provisional government during the 1916 Rising is hand made in Ireland, and mounted on backing card with a mat border, and ready to go into a frame. On the back is an image of the GPO and Nelson's Pillar in O'Connell St, Dublin circa 1916. External measurements H 30.5cm (12") x W 25.5cm (10").
