Sterling silver. These unique ear studs created by Breda Haugh, Irish silver and goldsmith, have been exclusivley commissioned by the National Museum of Ireland. They are inspired by the stunning torcs that were skillfully crafted from gold bars from c.1200 BC to c.900 BC. Several original examples can be seen in our 'Ór - Ireland's Gold' exhibition at the National Museum of Ireland - Archaeology. Width 1.2cm. Length 2cm.
