These distinctive Torc Cufflinks are designed and made exclusively for the National Museum of Ireland by Breda Haugh, Irish silver and goldsmith. The inspiration is from the stunning torcs that were skillfully crafted from gold bars from c.1200 BC to c. 900 BC. Several original examples of these torcs can be seen in our 'Ór -Ireland's Gold' exhibition at the National Museum of Ireland - Archaeology in Dublin. Made from sterling silver and assayed at Dublin Castle. Each Torc link length 1cm; Width 1.8mm. Chain length 1.7cm. Total weight 2g.
